I will be starting C25K on March 3rd. I chose the date because it coincides with my completion of ripped in 30. My plan is to do 3 days/week of C25K and 2 days a week of either Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown or 6 week 6 pack. Is there anything I should do to prepare myself?
