Just completed week two!
I'm so pleased with myself, I've attempted C25K 3 times now and have never finished Week 1. Today I did Week 2 - Day 3! I'm so proud of myself. Looking forward to starting Week 3 tomorrow... it will probably kill me, but I'm so looking forward to it! :D
Treadmill version
Whop else is doing this on the treadmill? I need to do my running at o-dark-and-cold-thirty in the morning, so I stick to the gym treadmill. Anyone else? Let's unite!
Round 1, Week 1, Day 3, COMPLETE!
Just started for about the billionth time (guess I want to be a runner) this past Monday. Workout 3 of 24 done. My top speed is 4.0 MPH. I'd like to do several rounds and build that up to the 5.5 MPH range. Hello!

So I've decided to follow the c25k program. I started cardio training on Sunday by doing a 3k walk/jog. Did it Sun-Tues in a similar fashion to C25K but with more running.
