Just started for about the billionth time (guess I want to be a runner) this past Monday. Workout 3 of 24 done. My top speed is 4.0 MPH. I'd like to do several rounds and build that up to the 5.5 MPH range. Hello!

Good job! I too have just finished my third day. I happened upon a hill on my fifth set of jogging and nearly quit right then and there. I think I'll take a different path next time. Anything other than completely flat terrain is much too ambitious for me at the moment.
