Ah, I think I've gained weight. Jumping between 215-217. But I adjusted my calorie intake and have been working out. I feel like I've lost some inches.0

Only down .5 pounds. I am firmly blaming this on PMS. lol. I'm going to try and get some extra exercise in this week as my schedule was hectic this weekend.
I'm also waiting for my 30 Day Shred DVD to arrive! Watch out!

A little frustrated this morning because I was down to 156 on Wed then I started running this weekend and put on weight!
Seems whenever I really get into exercising where my muscles get sore, I gain weight. Ugh.0 -

Man, talk about falling of the wagon! I haven't weighed in for a while.. Today was 148.6. I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the box of fried chicken I polished off over the weekend... Hopefully I'll figure out some better ways to deal with this semester's stress than eating and feeling bad about myself!0

I think my scale is off - it's impossible that I've lost that much weight so quickly! Must be a fluke or water weight... otherwise may need a new goal weight soon
Starting Weight - 142 (64.5 kg)
Current Weight - 135.5 (61.5)
New final goal weight - 130 lbs (59 kg)
Does anyone see wild fluctuations like this?!

Ok. I found this group really late. Hello, everyone! You guys have a head start on me. Ha, ha. Well, we have 4 weeks until Easter. I probably won't reach my Easter goal because it is a loss of 2 pounds a week and I think it's a little unrealistic... but I'm going to try!!!

That's probably due to water retention which happens after good workouts where your muscles get sore.0
