HERE'S A LOWER BODY WORKOUT FOR YOU TO TRY.
JUMP ROPE + LOWER BODY CIRCUIT WORKOUT
COMPLETE THE EXERCISES LISTED BELOW, ADDING 60 SECONDS OF JUMP ROPE IN BETWEEN EACH EXERCISE.
COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT TWO TIMES.
25 SQUATS
25 STATIONARY LUNGES (EACH LEG)
25 BRIDGES
50 SEC. WALL SIT
20 REVERSE LUNGES WITH FRONT KICK (EACH LEG)

I didnt know about Saturdays challenge..didnt get on the computer to check this weekend..will definitely have to try this one..0
