I haven't lost any weight for three weeks so I sure hope the measure day brings good news.
Monday - 30 DS L2
Tuesday - Killer B&T+Kickboxing upper
Wednesday - RI 30 L1
Thursday - Yoga Meltdown+Kickboxing lower
Friday - NMTZ
Saturday - BFBM+Kickboxing Abs
Sunday - 30 DS L2+L30 -
Monday as planned I have done RI30 L1 followed by BFBM a total of 75 minutes for a burn of 474kcal!!
This week is my last chance workout before measures :-) so I am going for it!!

Going to complete one more week at Level 3...so here is my plan.
Mon - 30 Day Shred Level 3 (completed...burned 375cals...woo hoo!)
Tue - Rest
Wed - No More Trouble Zones
Thur - Rest
Friday - Ripped in 30 Level 3
Sat - Cardio (likely a run)
Sun - Rest
I've actually been enjoying working out for only 4 days....may have hit my sweet spot! Getting to the end of these DVDs so I need to buy more. Just have a couple weeks (3 weeks max) left with these.

I have a really busy weekend... My great grandfather passed away and his funeral is being held this week end and also my sister's sweet sixteen is this weekend.... I probably won't be able to get to measure and weigh-in until Monday morning.0 -
