Great start I can't believe it will be march on Friday. After a lifetime of trying various diets I am finding the support of my fitness pal has made a world of difference. Still need to start moving in addition to putting good food in0

Wonderful. I am loving this site. This thing that I like the most, besides my awesome friends, is with every 10 pound lost your calories are adjusted. Working now on my next short term goal of 40 pounds lost.0

I am doing pretty well, discovering new exercises, taking it one day at a time!
Friends are starting to notice the weight loss too, which is definitely motivating.0 -
I think pretty well. I'm a bit frustrated because I've lost about 40 pounds so far and haven't changed clothes sizes -- although my clothes are much more loose now, so that's something. I feel like I'm losing pretty steadily. I've been controlling calories for awhile (since just after Thanksgiving), and have recently started to try to get more regular with exercise, at least doing something a few times a week. And I drink a lot more water, and a lot less of everything else, than I used to. One little change at a time seems to be working pretty well .... so far, anyway.0

Sounds like everyone is doing well so far. One small change at a time is definitely the way to go. Keep it up everyone.0

Off to a good start so far I switched potato chips out for veggie chips instead and found a brand and flavor I like and I am cutting out soda and upping water intake. It's the little changes that count!0
