My thighs are KILLING me but I did it! Lol. How's everyone else doing? Looking forward to rest day tomorrow? I know I am!!

Just did mine...super proud of myself too, I'm totally lacking the motivation to even move let alone do 60 squats! Trying to force myself to cook dinner for the kids so I can hop on the treadmill, but I just don't want to! Hate days like this! I'm going to do it, just need to get up and do it. Boo...ha ha0

Day 3 just done, my thighs are certainly feeling it, dont use weights at the mo but may step it up with some next week. Well done so far everyone x0

Did it!! 60 squats. And ya know it wasn't as hard as my head tried to tell me when it was whispering (((just relax...you can skip today))). But I didn't! Not sure if it is my imaginatoin but my jeans feel looser in the thigh area .

A couple of hours after doing 60 my thighs were certainly feeling it, today being my rest day has me smiling but what's making me smile more is that they aren't tight or achey today0

Completed day 3 yesterday, along with 45 min. of water arobics. Thigh need the rest today, but looking forward to seeing if I can do a squat tomorrow.0

still body weight cos I only have little 1.5kg hand weights at home and I've been doing these at home... maybe instead of using weight I could do jump-squats, 60 of them would really be a challenge.. Ok decision made. Jump squats it is from here on in - wish me luck!!0 -
I am glad that I had a rest day today because my thighs were killing me as well. Today was not to bad. I started the challenge on Monday, so I was a day late. I caught up by doing Day 1 and Day 2 together. Yesterda, I completed day 3, and now I am ready for my next squat day!0

Did the 60 for day 3. Thighs are tight but feels good, I know I'm working the way I need to. Added sit-ups to the regime. Glad I found this on here, it motivated me. Good group idea.0
