Day 50 (2/25/13): Post your activities here

Happy Monday and our last week in February then we move on to March -- our last month! Time flew fast didn't it? What do you guys think of sharing your total pounds lost when we started this group up until the end? I think it would be an excellent thing to do so we can all bask in our collective success!

    Not only is today Day 50 in here but it is also my Day 50 on MFP. I have released 15 pounds so far since starting. :smile: :love:

    Today I did Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism for 37 minutes (just did each circuit once) and 5 miles of walking for 68 minutes. Total for Day 50 = 105 minutes. :happy:

    So far I've completed 30 day shred but plan to get some walking done in the evening. I'll update tonight!

    I am so sore from yesterday's monster work out !!
    But I forced myself to go out on a walk ...
    iPod Nike App tracked 49 mins / 2.34 miles / 208 cals burned

    My dog is happy!! Lol ! I'm getting better a chasing him around !

    I may have missed a few days out of the last 50 but I can say without a doubt that this group has REALLY helped to motivate me!!
    As for sharing my weight I don't mind at all!!
    I started Jan 1st at 183.4 lbs , Jan 7th I weighed in at 180 even and today I weighed in at 169.6 !!!
    Since starting with the 'Sweaty 30' group I have lost 10.4 lbs in 50 days !!

    Wooo Hoooo !!!
