Wasn't gonna do squats today after doing 50 each of 3 different type of squats in PowerCut yesterday with a 40lb barbell, but today in tabata we did 50 jump squats.

    Awesome! Wish I had your motivation and dedication. I did the 60 today, but didn't even want to do 1! Trying to get myself into gear to do my 40 minutes on the treadmill and my pushups and sit ups. Just sounds so yuck today!

    I feel soooo lazy at the moment just the diet and the squats, waiting for the warmer weather lighter nights and lighter me then I'll add in the 30 day shred :)
