Last week was a bust due to being sick and getting off track. Back on track with logging today and plan to at least lose the pound I gained last week!

I think my scale is off - it's impossible that I've lost that much weight so quickly! Must be a fluke or water weight... otherwise may need a new goal weight soon
Starting Weight - 142 (64.5 kg)
Current Weight - 135.5 (61.5)
New final goal weight - 130 lbs (59 kg)
Does anyone see wild fluctuations like this?!

Ok. I found this group really late.
Hello, everyone! You guys have a head start on me. Ha, ha. Well, we have 4 weeks until Easter. I probably won't reach my Easter goal because it is a loss of 2 pounds a week and I think it's a little unrealistic... but I'm going to try!!!
Starting weight: 165.6 lbs
Current weight: 143.6 lbs
Easter goal weight: 135 lbs
Ultra goal weight: 115 lbs

That's probably due to water retention which happens after good workouts where your muscles get sore.0
