I having Grapefruit... Then it chicken with black pepper, did you know that the capsicum family of vegies is good for increasing Matabolic Rate and so is grapefruit! "LMC" Knowlege :drinker: Cheers off to drink Green Tea..:bigsmile: Jen

I am a shake girl -- I use to only eat 1 meal a day & lots of unhealthy snacking at night.
So now I have a yogurt - berry - protein powder shake for breakfast
Almonds for a morning snack & sometimes a piece of fruit
Lunch milk & chocolate protein powder for lunch & fruit and or veggies for lunch
Afternoon snack - if hungry usually a 90 calorie bar but usually nothing
Dinner all depends
Tonight home made chicken fingers - mashed potatoes - green beans - squash & Brussels sprouts0 -
