Hi Team! First I have to thank Pam for helping me out! I got a cold and to top it off my a/c broke. Living in South Florida you can understand my dilema LOL. Anyway, I am back and my cold is pretty much gone.
So, for this weeks challenge we will be doing a LET'S BE THE BIGGEST LOSERS OF THE WEEK! I will be pairing us up with a buddy. You and your buddy must cheer each other on and work your hardest to win next weeks weigh in. The buddies that lose the most percentage will come up with WEEK 9 CHALLENGE!!!:flowerforyou:
After everyone has weighed in, I will post the buddies list.
Also, let us know what is for DINNER? List what you ate or will eat for dinner every night this week. Recipes are welcomed too!:happy:

Broccoli & Cheese stuffed baked potato last night (So yummy)
Tonight I am having spicy black beans and chicken0 -
Wednesday and Thursday night
6 oz chicken (1 boneless, skinless thigh - for flavor, the rest, chicken tenders - non breaded and roasted)
8 asparagus spears (roasted in the chicken juice - delicious....)
4 cups of romaine
1/2 ounce of roasted chick peas on my salad - no dressing0 -
I'm having chicken breast with mushrooms and cabbage w/ teriyaki sauce.
BTW I am going to be pairing everyone up tonight so take a look for it, so you can see who your buddy will be0 -

Shellfish trio, sweet potato fries..salad, miller 64 (it was a rough day) and one biscuit. YUM!0 -

NO! Don't ask what's for dinner tonight. I'm not feeling well today...thought I was having hot flashes turned out to be a low grade fever...So I made my family hamburger helper, green peas left over napa cabbage salad..I had a greek yogart, a few bites of peas...I didn't eat enough..well it's bed time now so I think I will have a protein drink need those calories.

Ok.so i did have some tater tots with it..
and cabbage
Saturday - will be having baked honey-mustard chicken, rice and broccoli.
I finished one class. working on the other bad boy now. I did two days of doubles in the exercise dept..and thank fully so. Today I am DIZZY!! and it's going to have to be ignored so I can finish my final. -Thinking sinus probably..so as much as I hate it..taking today as a rest day.0 -
Friday: Baked Cod w/ mashed cauliflower
Sat: Steak sweet potatoe and salad will be tonight.0 -
Saturday: Steak tacos with avocado salad and homemade tomatillo salsa
Sunday: Hot chicken fingers ( baked) with mac and cheese and green beans!
I'm sad to say the whole rest of the week wasn't quite so healthy:/0 -
