I just started Body Revolution yesterday. If anyone wants to friend me, i'm under kstier. Question: how do you log this under the exercise log? It's kinda strength training, kinda circuit training, kinda cardio. Suggestions? Thanks!:flowerforyou:

I always do mine under aerobics, I have a heart monitor tho that helps me really see how many calories I have burned I just started Tues. I really hope this helps me lose this belly and gets me stronger.0

I am starting tomorrow! I did the 30 day shred, but doing the same workout over and over was driving me nuts. Hoping this keeps more entertained. Having husband measure me tonight and do my pictures. Really hope I get to post some great before and afters. Hoping to be shorts ready for the summer :-)0
