Soooo close to done!


I'm thinking maybe I will shred again after a day or two off this weekend. Either that, or ripped in 30 if anyone wants to join me I really like checking in here for motivation.

    I just finished my day 3. I'm enjoying the routine of this quick workout.
    But I don't enjoy the supermans.

    I'm on this day right now lol. I was only doing 5 days a week and may have taken an extra day once or twice when I bought Dance Central 3 lol.

    I really really like this level for the most part. The last circuit of abs I can't do. It's so awkward trying to get in that position, so I just sub it with a different ab move instead. The jumps are hard for me because I have osgood and any knee impact can make them throb at times. I DO the jumps, I just don't jump very high. Hopefully as I get smaller I'll be able to change that.

    I just bought Ripped in 30 and it's similar (at least level 1) to some of the 30 day shred - some of the same moves. There are 4 levels - you are supposed to work out 5-6 days per week and take 1-2 rest days. I think it will be great for the next group workout!
