So I'm starting the weekly and monthly challenges. This week will be easy: Take pics of yourself. Naked, clothed, gym clothes, whatever. Just make sure you can fully see your shape. Take shots from the front, back and sides. That will be your start. You'll see in a few months from now, even if the number of the scale isn't what you want, the pictures will show you how well you're doing. You don't have to post them, or you can if you want, but keep them somewhere safe so that you can always look back at them and see how far you've come.

Sounds good. ^_^ I think some of us need a fresh start. From what I see in my friends list, February was rough for multiple people. We should be bringing in March like a lion!0
