    Rest day!!! My daughters are doing this with me and I think they are happier than me that it's rest day! Tomorrow brings 70, yee-ouch!! Not as sore today as the first two days so I guess that's progress!

    Day 6 today, changing to sets now so I can put 100% into each rep so 3 sets of 25 for me.
