Looking forward to lifting and toning my bum, I started with free weights and am increasing my squating limit slowly but surely. I'm going to take pics of my bum to see the before/after results myself. Good luck ladies! Go kick your butt! And enjoy the results in 30 days!

Yes you can break them into groups if you wish, depends on how much of a challenge you want really, as long s you complete the daily total required. And since it's quite a bit of squats weights aren't necessary unless you want a double challenge. lol :devil:0 -
I'm already doing the 200 squats challenge (I'm currently doing about 100 broken into sets) but can I join in this group I want to get it completed by March too. I've got 10 days left in my program (minus rest days) and then I could sit on 200 until day 23 and bump up to 250 with you guys :DDD0

For the most part, the plan is to do these as body weight squats at 10 squats per set. I think I'm going to try adding weight to at least 1 set each day.
I'm going to try anyways... that will be a challenge for sure!
I need this as I am apple shaped with no butt to speak off, flat as a wall. I would at the very least like a little roundness, something for hubby to grab when he's being playful, ya know? :blushing:0 -
I am in. I actually started doing the challenge on my own three days ago and this is my rest day. Am keen to see what the different squats are that we may be set to do. And this time I am going to get some before pics done tonight cause I wanna see the change. I regret no taking any pics before I started with MFP0

Throughout the day or all at once. whatever pleases you really as long as you complete the daily requirement. Remember ever so often i'll be posting a squat of the day in which you'll have to do half of in your daily requirement to make things a bit more interesting. Good Luck Guys!!!0
