HOLY CRAP WE'VE ALMOST REACHED 30 DAYS!!
I'm going to slay these last three days. SLAY THEM!!! I'M COMING FOR YOU JILL.
I can't believe I am saying this but I sort of don't want this to end. I am really contemplating starting over.
But I really want to try the couch to 5k program! Has anyone done that?

Couch to 5k is good if you like getting outside. It's a challenge, but a good challenge it progresses each week. I would download a program that tells you when to walk and when to run etc. Then you don't have to time yourself and before you know it - you are done! I'd like to do another video, like Ripped in 30. I bought it and tried the first level once this week, some of the moves from 30 day shred are in it, but I like that because I could actually do some of the moves. It's 4 levels, you are supposed to workout 5-6 days a week 1-2 days of rest. There is also a meal plan that you can get online too.0

I was wondering how to know when to switch from walking to jogging. There are apps that tell you when to switch?

I've thought about Ripped in 30, but still unsure, I"m a few days behind yall so I got a few more days to decide lol. Also, I"m going to do C25K when the weather warms up (I'm in Wisconsin, so it could be tommorrow, could be 2 more months who knows. We have 2 kinds of weather here: yesterday, and today....) I'll be using the Zombie Run 5k app.0
