double check those servings sizes.Use measuring cups,scales, and check your servings spoons and ladels for size so you know when you scoop 1 scoop it this much!You are all worth it and deserve to be healthy and happy.Many blessings,Missy

    I bought a new measuring cup (glass) that is marked WELL. My old one was so worn, I could never tell what was where on the lines and amounts. I love your "We're worth it" attitude. THANKS.
