choose quality over quantity.it is really true you are what you eat.If you're eating a high fat high calorie diet your going to weigh more than someone that eats mostly fruits and veggies and a low calorie diet.We didn't get this way in a week so a week is not going to make it go away.It takes time and small liveable doable changes .Let your body guide you within reason.That means some-days if you way under calories that is okay and if you go over 1 day it is okay.Just try to stay within your calories and keep things balanced.The last 2 days I have been way under calories but I wasn't hungry.It looks like today thou I will be over by a little cause I am really hungry.Make sure to you're not confusing thirst with hunger.I drink a cup of water before every meal and snack I have to make sure I am really hungry and it is not my body being confused.Wishing each of you success
