Hi friends!

What a great day to start our goal.

I have the goal of a 40lb goal by July 1...that is summer!

Today I have a goal to stay under my calorie allowance
To drink my ginger detox water
To write
To cook something healthy for supper
To not beat myself up at all if I make a mistake.
To help my friends with their goals.

    I am currently as of this monring 186.5 thats the lowest in months since the scale keeps going up and down and i feel no changes in my body.
    My current goals is to get under 180. My other goal is to keep at P90X and remember to take it at my own pace.

    Also, I'm going to post a detox drink.

    I am using it daily and seems to make me feel better.

    I'm doing the c25k I'm on week 5 day 3..after I get the youngest off to pre-k this afternoon I will do my run.today i have to do a 5 min. brief walk then run for 20 mins. with no walking then a 5 min cool down..
    my biggest goal is to lose 42lbs
    from march 1-30 no sweets..this is going to be hard for me..lol

    I've given myself a little longer to lose the 40lbs, at least by November but if I make my goal early, more power to me, right?

    I make a green smoothie every day in my Nutri-Bullet/blener, I make enough to drink through lunch, it's very good! This is for a lower carb diet, you can omit any of the ingredients to suit your diet.

    2 C. Spinach
    1/4 C. Blueberries
    1/2 C. Coconut Milk
    1 tsp Cinnamon/orange peel mix
    1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
    1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 Scoop of Whey Protein
    Ice

    I too make a green smoothie every day.

    I use the visalus protein powder
    blueberries
    half an avocado
    half a banana
    handful of spinach
    blend

    sometimes I use green tea
    instead of water

    my breakfast smoothie is always visalus, water, raspberries and cocoa...and whatever smart foods are in the house like chia seeds, flax, etc.

    I am vegetarian and I eat wheat free also.

    Can be challenging. lol
