Happy Sunday everyone! My LASIK surgery went well and I was told not to use the internet for 2 days. It feels good to use the internet again!

I went gluten-free 8 months ago, forcing me to stop eating most fast foods. I have been able to cut out all fast food except Wendy's Baja salads. I usually don't eat the dorito like tortilla strips, but I do love the dressing. I haven't been able to find a good jalapeno ranch dressing that isn't either terribly fattening or completely made up of chemicals. I would prefer using my own homemade chili anyway, but I need to find a good dressing. Anyone know of a good low-fat jalapeno ranch dressing?0

Hello all!!! Good job for February!!! Keep up the good work!!! Happy March!! I finally had my Costco Hot dog! Went all of February without one and I fit it into my calories Sunday! YAY!
