I'm pleased with my loss! Goal is 135 for the challenge, but more importantly I made it to my original overall goal weight of 140. :) Yay!!

No gain, no loss. I expected that though because I ate at maintenance all of last week since I was on a break from working out.

O)kay I am bad since I have google on my phone I just keep updating the spreadsheet and not posting... eak

Well yesterday I was 181.0, started this off at 190.2, so down almost 10lbs! :)

Now that the weather is getting better I am expecting to walk home from work for lunch goal 2 days a week, *(about 3 miles round trip) and then heavy lfiting 2 days. Once I am down to 175 though I see my calories being upped again, at 1830 so my loss will be slower now.

weighed in at 129lbs so no movement up or down from last time I weighed in. However, not too disappointed as I've not been exercising or being strict with my logging so to not gain is a small victory! Hoping to get the cross trainer back on line and in use today (moved house and everything has been a bit mad since then!) so will get back onto the exercise routine.

Also found some really nice sounding 'low GI' recipes last night so may try some of them. I like the sound of low calorie, high energy!
