Hi there fellow kiwis, in need of supportive and motivating friends to help me shift my Christmas spread. This is not my first rodeo, I know this works so I'm back for another go at it!     Hey, I've been there and done it before too, I'm not sure how I let it creep up again but I'm pretty motivated to get back to my goal weight so I'm on here every day, feel free to add me if you like :smile:
