Hello, I just started on these boards and am feeling my way around. I just bought the 30 day shred and am going to start it this week and thought this thread would help keep me motivated. How do you track it? Thank you.

Welcome! I just estimate that I burn about 200 calories per workout. I do not have a heart rate monitor so based on what others have said I just estimate, and I created my own workout as it was not listed in the MFP database.0

I log it as circuit training. I used to log every exercise but a lot of them aren't listed. I usually call it around 175cals, but if I really pushed myself that day I'll call it 200. Good luck!0
