i have a dreadful apple shape with most of my weight around my tummy and hips and the uughh back fat - makes me look A LOT bigger than i am and really limits what i wear.
I want to tone and tighten up!

I'm mainly trying to get fitter. I've got a lot of fat for someone in the normal weight category, especially considering that my boobs stopped gaining mass in the seventh grade. So basically, I'm a skinny fatster of the worst kind, but that shall change in the near future.

I did circuit training and running to lose the first 20, but for the last 10 I'm doing more resistance lest I remain a smaller version of my fat self forever lol. The last month has seen a lot of improvement and firming in my shape and I'm learning to not trust the fluctuations in the scale, but it's hard to not be addicted to watching the number drop after months of doing it. I'm still running and I'm almost through the Butt Bible. I work out hard 5-6 days a week0 -
