My February was not an honest one--ate more than I logged, didn't exercise very much at all and gained.

I myself, started again the South Beach diet, phase 1. Where the first 2 weeks no bread,rice, or fruit. Coming up on my 1st week Sunday. I think i can hang in there for another 10 days.

Well I lost 1lb at weigh in this week. I worked really hard, and hope that this is the start of me getting back on track again. Haven't had that much success so far this year.

Up .8 pounds. Grr! That's the second week in a row of slight gains. Overall still okay, but I need to get back into it!

Sorry I am not helping the numbers this week. +1 this week. My first gain since joining mfp 7.5 months ago. But, at least I know what I did wrong. The worst is gaining and not knowing what you did. Oh I know what I did. I was bad this week. Here is to a new week.0
