    February Measures:

    L Thigh - 22.5
    R Bicep - 12.75
    L Bicep - 12.25
    Hips - 42
    Chest - 31.25
    Bust - 39.5
    Neck - 13

    March Measures:

    Waist - 29.5
    R Thigh - 21
    L Thigh - 21.25
    R Bicep - 12.5
    L Bicep - 12

To be honest I was a little concerned this month since I've been working out less than last month. I was still able to loose 3.5 inches...I definitely will not complain about that. Even managed to drop a couple pounds...overall I'm happy with the results and will be maintaining this routine.

Wishing everyone success on their journey! :flowerforyou:

    February:

    Belly - 37" (94 cm)
    Waist - 34" (86 cm)
    Hips - 37.5" (95 cm)
    Thighs - R 19.5 (49.5 cm) L 19.25 (49 cm)
    Bust - 42" (107 cm)
    Weight - 156 lbs.

    March:

    Belly - 36.5" (92.7 cm)
    Waist - 34" (86 cm)
    Hips - 37" (94 cm)
    Thighs - R 19.5 (49.5 cm) L 19.25 (49 cm)
    Bust - 41" (104 cm)
    Weight - 153 lbs.

I'm slightly annoyed at my belly for not shrinking faster, but I still am moving in the right direction. 2.5" lost this month!

I will be travelling to Chicago for work for the first two weeks of March, which worries me some because I'll be eating out a lot. I bought two JM DVDs that I can do without having hand weights - Kickboxing Fastfix (which so far I really enjoy) and Killer Buns and Thighs (because I fear ending up with a flat butt after losing more weight).

The 2.5" is inches lost overall. My belly was a .5" loss. I was hoping to get closer to 35" than that. Still, I'm not unhappy.

First off I have gained .1 pounds since last month... Which is soooo weird to me, because I lost in every other area!

    Last Month-This Month- Variance
    Waist - 32.5 - 32 = -0.50 inches
    Hips - 41 - 40.75 = -0.25 inches
    L Arm - 14.5 - 14.25 = -0.25 inches
    R Arm - 14.5 - 14.25 = -0.25 inches
    L Thigh - 25 - 24.5 = -0.50 inches
    R thigh - 25 - 24.75 = -0.25 inches
    Bust - 39.75 - 39.5 = -0.25 inches
    Tummy - 36 - 35.5 = -0.50 inches

    Weight - 173.8 - 173.9 = +0.10
    Body Fat -37.3 - 34.2 = -3.1%

A total of 2.75 inches gone and down 3.1% body fat!!! But gained one tenth of a pound!

This is generally why I don't weigh myself because I don't think that weight is a true reflection of your body mass for instance, you have lost body fat and a lot of it this month which is fab but you have gained weight, albeit hardly anything at all :-) The thing is if you just weighed yourself and didn't take measures / body fat then you would look at that slight gain and think the last month has been a waste of your time. However, you look at the measures and the fat loss % and WOW you have had a fab month!!

I don't like weighing myself because of this!! I was contemplating getting some scales to start weighing and I think this has just made the decision for me NO MORE SCALES!! :-)

I know! I started taking measurements about two or three months after I had my daughter, who is fixing to turn one! I still liked using the scale, because I still had quite a bit to lose. I think I am just going to put it away for the month and not weigh weekly like I had been doing. However, after this month, I will take what the scale says with a grain of salt if my measures are showing improvement.
