    My February was not an honest one--ate more than I logged, didn't exercise very much at all and gained.

    I promise to work harder for my group in March!!!

    I myself, started again the South Beach diet, phase 1. Where the first 2 weeks no bread,rice, or fruit. Coming up on my 1st week Sunday. I think i can hang in there for another 10 days.

    Well I lost 1lb at weigh in this week. I worked really hard, and hope that this is the start of me getting back on track again. Haven't had that much success so far this year.

    Up .8 pounds. Grr! That's the second week in a row of slight gains. Overall still okay, but I need to get back into it!

    I am still trying to up my caloires to get above my BMR. Yesterday my scale ran out of batteries. Wish I could have weighed in before date night.
