Hey there, just curious what supplements everyone is taking. Sometimes the information can be overwhelming at times. I am currently taking B-12, Vitamin D and selenium...

Has anyone seen a difference in takinfsaid supplements and if so what are they?

Here is what I take as my morning regiment. Below are details of the Fatigued to Fantastic powder I mix as a drink every morning then I also add another 200 mg of Selenium, Joint Health Glucosamine/Chondroitin and Super Omega-3 6&9 Fatty Acids, Fish, Flax, & Borage Oil. I've been using the Fatigued to Fantastic for a week now and haven't felt better in years! The boy even has a hard time keeping up with me now. LOL!

Dr Teitelbaum created it mainly for CRS and Fibromyalgia with thyroid patience in mind. It may not be right for everyone but seems to work well for me so far. I feel an increase in energy, stamina, less brain fog & forgetfulness, less joint pains etc. The other interesting tid-bit is all the money raised for it is donated to research and such.

I got it from iHerb.com: http://www.iherb.com/Enzymatic-Therapy-Fatigued-to-Fantastic-Energy-Revitalization-System-Tropical-Citrus-Flavor-25-5-oz-723-g/2236 but you can also buy it from his website: https://secure.endfatigue.com/store/products/supplements/

More information about it here: https://secure.endfatigue.com/store/products/supplements/energy-citrus/

I take Cellucor's Super HD, Cellucor's CLA, One-A-Day for Women, Caltrate Calcium +Vitamin D, and Fiber Choice Fiber supplements (chewable).

I do feel more energy but I think it's mainly from the Cellucor. I was taking Betancourt's Ripped Juice with Betancourt's Betanox (pre-workout) but timed out of it. You taken it for 8 weeks and then give it a rest.

I recently started taking 7-Keto. It has been found to help the thyroid in weight loss in the recent studies that came out. Also I make sure that I eat 3 raw Brazil Nuts for the selenium. I'm finding it helps.
