    80 squats done. Body weight only! Did an extra 32 squats from an app I downloaded onto my iPad.

    Completed --- 100 squats. damn..been doing 200...my legs are jelly had to drop the number...lol

    Day 1-50 squats - completed 25/2/13
    Day 2-55 squats - completed 26/2/13
    Day 3-60 squats - completed 27/2/13
    Day 4-Rest - 28/2/13
    Day 5-70 squats - completed 01/03/13
    Day 6-75 squats - completed 02/03/13
    Day 7-80 squats - completed 03/03/13

    Me too. Just finished my 85 but found I had to drop the weight down to next to nothing again. Not sure if my muscles are tired or if it is just that my form is improving.

    Lol, went back and checked the schedule and see that today I should have rested :).

    did my 80 yesterday only using body weight, today was a rest day. 100 tomorrow. baby got back..... and front and sides :wink:

    A little late, but done! Alternated sets of combo curls and combo triceps extensions with 5lb dumbbells.

    Been a crazy week and I am a bit behind, but day 7 is done. I have to play catch on my rest days. Lol
