March NSV Goals!

This thread is for people to post their personal Non-Scale Victory Goals for the month of March. I think it helps us on our way to weight loss to have small reasonable goals each month. Plus, for me, the public accountability is huge! So all of you are welcome to share your personal goals or get ideas from others! I look forward to reading the follow up posts when you accomplish those goals.

    March Goals

    1. To never skip my planned workouts
    2. Have family dinner, at the table, at least 5 days a week.
    3. To decrease my laptime at the pool. (Not that I will go to the pool less, but I will be faster at my laps! Haha).

    I have a couple!

    1.) Finish my mile in 13.5 minutes...( 2 minutes faster than my current Mile!) I want to add some extra distance into it also.
    2.) Fit into those jeans I bought, that were just a tad to tight!
    3.) Lose 8 inches total off my body.

    This is my first group.... and I love that it recognises success away from the scales! I've just had a brilliant week, and only lost 1lb, so I'm getting the message...

    My NSV's for March are:

    1) to get back to my local pool and swim with meaning,
    2) to get into a LBD that's been hanging in my wardrobe for too long,
    3) to get through level 1 30DS without stopping to get my breath

    Some goals I am working on this month

    -walk about 5 miles a day ( crazy group I just joined)
    -stop snacking while I pack lunches
    -dress pretty, regardless of not being at goal weight yet

    I'll think about March goals once I get over this stomach bug. :)

    (Some scale victories are worse than being fat. LOL)

    Goals for March:

    1.) Exercise, exercise, exercise!!!
    2.) Eat more fruits and vegetables.
    3.) Remember to take my vitamins and drink more orange juice!
    4.) Make lunches to take to school (and remember to bring them with me!!)

    1) cut out diet fizzy drinks and swap it for water
    2) don't snack to avoid housework, dance to music while doing the housework instead!
    3) I have a pair of size 12 jeans I can do up, but can't wear in public!

    when April comes around i want to be one step closer to being summer ready!

    My goals are:

    1.) Log in MFP every day (Expect the 4th, my birthday)
    2.) Drop another pants size
    3.) Work on the C25K program

    my march nsv goals

    1. practicing proper portion control

    2. go on a negativity fast ( fasting from speaking negative words out of my mouth towards myself and other people)

    3. keep accountable to my goal of working out 5 days week 50 minuets max

    My goals are:
    - take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible
    - buy a Cobra Tag to celebrate my 10% weight loss goal
    - increase my enjoyment of running
