Non-scale victories, extra small size
Not me. I'm still very extra large (it's only been three weeks). But I can fasten my watchband a notch tighter than I could last week!
a nonscale victory
Finally, I fit into this cute, fitted, red blouse & skirt, size small. I've been saving them for the last two years. Almost gave up fitting back into it, but kept at it. I wore it the this weekend. My husband LOVES it!
running
Starting running(walking/jogging/running) about 3 months ago. On Fridays I run a 5k course through my neighborhood. I ran my first under 34 minute 5k, down from 50 minutes plus when I started.

went from size 22 to 18
Today while i was babysitting my nephew i noticed that my jeans were so big i was able to put a fist in them so after my sister came to pick him up I went to the store and tried on some size 18s and the fit perfect. I bought 3 pairs of jeans and one pair of work out pants. yay i went down 2 sizes.

The idea made me really uncomfortable, going somewhere to exercise made me anxious, I was super self-conscious people were going to be looking at me and judging me. I have always been a big person and have had very negative experiences…
Warning this is about sex!!!!
Lately we've (my husband and I) have been getting crazy. Trying new things etc I have more energy and clearly want to get it on all the time now that i've been losing weight. Last night was a lapdance on my husband kinda night Lol. Oh I can't wait for the rest of the weight to fall off!
Challenges
I was toying with the idea of posting challenges (other people could post too!) they could be a daily, weekly, monthly, whatever...you just post what it is in the post. How would people feel about that? Of course you have to try to make sure whatever challenge you post is actually healthy for people to do and is something…
