Last day of February!!

I had a goal of walking/jogging 60 miles for February and I met that today with 60.2 miles. :smile:

I took it kinda easy today. I did Killer Abs for 30 minutes + 1 mile walking for 17 minutes. My total today was 47 minutes.

Hope everyone had a good day. I'm looking forward to the nicer tempatures March should bring.

    I was away .. Just catching up ..
    Weds .. No excercise ..
    Thurs .. Killer beach hikes .. 2 1/2 hrs .. One beack was really pebbly and quite a work out to walk on then the next beach was 1/2 hike downhill .. But a good 45 mins straight uphill !!
    I had to rest a couple times but I made it!!
