Morning!
This morning I did 30 Day Shred, Level 3, day 3. I think I need to take a break for a day or two from this because it's really tough and I'm getting really sore and tired. Anyone else getting to this point?
I might walk or ride the bike tonight.

Iconnor I have never done the 30 Day Shred so I can't comment on your soreness question..

Today I did Learn to Run Week 1 Day 2..
30 mins (10 running/ 20 walking)
Then about 45 mins slow walking ..
It was a bit of a slower day for me but I'm glad I did something!!0 -
some weightliting
40 minutes of walking pushing a stroller with child.0 -
Rode the bike with my hubby and son -- it was such a nice day too!0

3/3 super cleaned my house for 90 minutes. I sweat more doing that than a dvd workout sometimes!0
