    It took 4 weeks to have a loss again. Very happy but I need two in a row. So I will be working out again 6 days, drinking 80 oz of water daily and eating healthy.

    I've really hit a plateau, and I know I haven't been as disciplined as I want or should have been, given I'm fighting some seasonal allergies and whatnot. I'm pretty determined to break it this week. I might likely not make my goal weight for April 1st, but I'm going to break this plateau!
