I am starting the Whole30 Challenge today. Please join me if you can and let's keep each other accountable.
Day 1 - Weight 204.2 - Good day today, I had eggs for breakfast, skipped lunch (I know bad me, but I was running around) and had pork, onion salad and veggies for dinner. So far so good, the greatest challenge today was to drink my coffee without sugar or milk. Feeling empowered though!

I really like chowstalker.com. I am currently on day 7. I feel good. I have already started to notice my energy levels staying the same throughout the day and my skin is also starting to clear up. I have also found that there are a lot of recipe resources on the whole9 website.
Have any of you read It Starts with Food? I found it interesting.0 -
How do you guys deal when you're friends want to go out drinking and will pressure you to drink too? I have the extra cals, but I want to keep with the challenge.0
