Hi Team!
Anyone else out there in Week 9? I can't believe I'm near the end of the program already. I'm thinking of doing a hybrid of Combat and Pump next. Has anyone got any idea of what they'll be doing once they complete the program?
Hope everyone's having a good day:)0 -
A few of us have completed Round 1 already.. I know CJ is doing Ultimate Reset starting today, Heather and I will be doing Body Beast starting on the 18th. There has been some talk about Pump/Combat hybrids.. The sky is the limit.. I'm waiting to see if Les Mills Intl is going to come out with a home based version of their "GRIT" series.. That looks pretty brutal..
Congrats on making it to Week 9!! It's been a fun program!!0 -
Hello Mum and Dale!
Mum--Dale is right...I started the Ultimate Reset yesterday. I did so well nutritionally in January and saw some pounds lost...then I blew it over Feb (my b-day, son's b-day, anniversary, V-Day...). So doing the Reset is going to help me shed that extra weight I worked so hard to lose since December. For now, I can only do very light exercsing, so I'll focus on Pilates and stretching. When I come back from travelling in April, I will begin an LMP/LMC hybrid. **And congrats on being nearly complete with the program!!
Dale-- "Grit"? I need to look that up!0 -
Hi everyone,
Well, that's me done. My first round of Combat is complete!!!
I've taken my measurements and I am pleased to say that although my weight loss was only 2lbs, I have lost 8 and a half inches from my body. My body fat percentage has decreased by 1.5% and my muscle percentage has increased by 1.4%. I am SO pleased with the results.
I'm going to take a couple of days off from exercising and plan to start my Combat/Pump hybrid on Monday.
Hope everyone is having a good day and speak soon!0 -
Mum-- CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! 8.5" lost?? That is incredible! I'm glad that you're pleased with your results-- you worked HARD! Where did you find your Pump/Combat hybrid plan?
Congrats, again! WOOT-WOOT!!0 -
Thank you CJ
I found my plan by just googling it lol.
There is also another Combat group on MFP that lists a Combat/Pump Hybrid that lasts for 13 weeks.0 -
Congrats!! Finishing a program is always a great accomplishment! Great job on your results also!0
