Weight yourself / take measurements?
I know it's only been 4 days so far but I'm so curious as to if anything has started changing. So basically I'm wondering when and if you guys plan to weigh yourselves / take measurements after every level or just at the very end of the 30 days, or something else completely.

I've done the shred before and didn't lose an ounce in weight so I don't want to go near the scales! The good news however is that inch loss started to happen quite quickly so you do get to see changes.
I guess everyone is different though and some may well notice weight loss. Fingers crossed for great results for everyone!0 -
I weigh myself everyday. It's been part of my daily routine forever, so I didn't change that.
Even though I have had good success over the past 65 days, the four days on 30ds are not particularly better (in fact, I'm at a small plateau right now...)
I will measure myself on day 10. I am curious!
I thought perhaps once at the end of each stage.0 -
I will continue to weigh myself once a week (usually Fri). But, I don't think I am going to measure myself untill half way thru. I figure around the 15th day would do. Then, I will measure again at the end!0

I definitely forgot to measure myself and take photos this weekend, and I only started yesterday (oops), so I hope I can remember to do that tonight.0

I weigh myself every day but that is because I tend to retain water when I am working out too much so I keep an eye on that and adjust my workout/water accordingly. I will do measurements at the end I think. I want to see the big difference. I can feel it now though.0

Thanks for sharing everyone.
I was thinking about it and I think I'm going to take measurements after each level and weigh myself at the end of the 30 days just in case the weight doesn't drop and I don't want to get discouraged in any way.0 -
I don't weigh myself very often.
I'm going to TRY not to measure myself at all until I'm finished the full 30 days.
However, I will probably measure myself either when I switch levels, or when I'm at the halfway point.
I can tell you this though. Changes are happening. For instance, you can actually tell when I'm flexing my biceps now. The muscle definition that's starting to appear in my thighs is absolutely to die for. I'm pretty sure my butt is getting bigger though...0 -
My scale is on vacation at Grandma's! I was becoming scale obsessed and so I sent it to her house for a while so I was not tempted. I have started The Shred since then and am just planning to go on how I feel and my clothes fit and am not measuring or weighing. I hope I don't regret it, but I am only on day 6 and I feel a difference already so I am happy. I will see how long I can go before getting the scale back. I'd love to wait until I finish the 30 days but we'll see!0

I have got into the habit of weighing myself once a week on a Tues so I'll keep doing this. I took measurements before day 1 and plan on measuring at the end of day 30.0

I have vouched not to weight myself for a month, so I'll be doing it right after I've completed 30DS0

I tend to weigh in everyday to help keep myself on track but I probably won't measure until the end of March. Hopefully I'll have some big results by then0

I weigh daily. Last time I did the Shred I took measurements at the end of each level. I've kind of decided to zig zag levels this time so I'll probably just take a set of measurements at the half way point or around there. And then again at the end too, of course0
