Today was day 7 of level 3 for me. I have been a bit spotty this week...unexpected things came up keeping me out later than usual on Monday and Thursday, 2 days I usually do the shred. But I'm so close to the end, I know I will finish!
Another day with level 3 completed. For the first time I managed to do the advanced version of the jumping lunges. Yay me!
