Waaaayyy behind

Well, I'm way behind ya'll--today was level 2 day 3. Man, those planks are no joke. The first time I did the 30DS, I got horribly sore, especially at the beginning of each level and if I missed a few days and then got back into it. This time around I have been doing a 20 minute walk/slow jog on the treadmill, then the 30DS, and then 13 more minutes on the treadmill (more walk than jog this time) for a total of 60 minutes. I'm sweating like a hot pig but have very little soreness in my legs and arms.

Anyone else way behind, like me?

    I'm still here as well. Frist time I did the shred I tried to complete it as fast as possible. When I did Ripped in 30, I gave myself more time and the results were even better. So I'm in no rush this time. Slow and steady.
