I'm still shreddding I'm taking it easy, no rushing. For me, its about dedication and exercising regularly. My first time with the Shred was in October last year- this is what got me started.
Also, my first week without wheat is over and it was not as hard as I feared! My weight remained the same so far but my stomach is flatter and I have zero bloating.
