I liked yesterday's curtsy squats so much, I just did 50 of those again. I'll do my 75 regular ones for today a little later on.

IKR i posted a pic of my butt yesterday in the before pic thread and i swear it looks firmer than when i started and its only been about a week. Excited to see day 300 -

I didn't see the group invitation until this morning, so I've been posting in replies to the original thread. I missed a couple of days over weekend because I forgot, but I caught up yesterday. So far all mine have been regular squats (again, because I didn't see the group message).
Day 1 - 50 squats
Day 2 - missed
Day 3 - missed
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - 3 sets - 55, 60, 70 - Done
Day 6 - 75 squats - Done0 -

I did 30 Curtsy Squats and then 30 regular squats and 15 plie squats. I liked the curtsy squat. I think I will keep doing them.0

Caught up - did Day 3 & 5 yesterday (d3 body weight - d5 w/ 30lbs). Legs feel fine Today's will have to wait till this evening, but they WILL BE DONE *cue evil laughter*0
