    I liked yesterday's curtsy squats so much, I just did 50 of those again. I'll do my 75 regular ones for today a little later on.

    80for me today, did 40 normal, 20 curtsy L and 20 curtsy R, I dont have enough room to do the rear leg lift!

    IKR i posted a pic of my butt yesterday in the before pic thread and i swear it looks firmer than when i started and its only been about a week. Excited to see day 30 :)

    I didn't see the group invitation until this morning, so I've been posting in replies to the original thread. I missed a couple of days over weekend because I forgot, but I caught up yesterday. So far all mine have been regular squats (again, because I didn't see the group message).

    Day 1 - 50 squats
    Day 2 - missed
    Day 3 - missed
    Day 4 - Rest
    Day 5 - 3 sets - 55, 60, 70 - Done
    Day 6 - 75 squats - Done
