How do you feel about clean eating?

Is anyone taking this approach to their goal of a healthy lifestyle change?

I've read parts of the Clean Eating Diet book. Some of it is useful, but some of it also calls for weird stuff that's hard to find in a grocery store. I'm all for eating home cooked healthy meals, if that's what you mean by "clean eating". I work full-time, help take care of my granddaughter, and also teach at my YMCA, so I often buy things like frozen veggies, already-cut seasoning veggies like peppers & onions, and rotisserie chicken from Walmart. It makes fixing dinner much easier and saves time.

I've read Tosca Renos clean eating book and I got so much good info and I've made a bunch of diet changes. I definitely don't eat completely clean but I usually have one or two clean meals each day. And I've found clean dinner recipes the whole family loves.
