What are some of your faves??
For me a Gewürztraminer or Riesling with Thai food is awesome.
Chardonnay with Hot and Sour soup is great as well.
Pino Noir with Orange Duck is another good one.
Cabernet with steak is the old stand by.
Syrah/ Shiraz and BBQ.
Drink it by itself then with different foods.
The taste of the wine will change.

I like drinking my favorite creamy chardonnay with spicy foods. It can be any type of spice, I just like to cool the sizzle with chilly creamy chard
