Way behind but loving it

I'm viewing Level 1 as a kind of rehab before level 2. I've had a knee injury (better now) and then a muscle strain (tried no shoes--duh) so I'm doing great now, but only on Day 17. Still not moving forward because I'd like to stay injury free for a while. Definitely going to get through level 3 eventually... congrats to you all for moving on!

    I'm behind, too, but sticking with it! Sometimes, life just happens. I feel better when I do it, but sometimes the day gets away from me. This group is really helping with that. I feel like, no matter when I finish my "30 Days" I NEED to post results :-)
