Hey guys!
If you want to start tracking measurements in the group here's the place to do it!
We'll track the first Wednesday of each month, you can choose to track any or all of the following
Chest:
Waist:
Hips:
Biceps:
Quads:
Calfs:
if you know you're starting Measurements, feel free to add those too.

keep a note for yourself of where you measure on each part of your body (widest part, halfway, narrowest part etc) so you can be consistant

Beginning (1/1/13)
Chest: 48
Waist: 40.5
Hips: 43
L Bicep: 14.5
R Thigh: 25.5
R Calf: 15.5
(although didn't measure calf and bicep until February)
As of 3/6/13
Chest: 43.5
Waist: 36
Hips: 41
L Bicep: 13
R Thigh: 23
R Calf: 150 -
Okay, here goes:
Chest: 42
Waist: 38
Hips: 47
Biceps: 14.5
Quads: 27
Calfs: 16.5
Rounded up on Biceps, quads and calves. My left side on all three are always slightly smaller than the right, yet my left foot is always bigger than right-go figure- I need a V8!0 -
I will post my measurements this afternoon when I get home!0

This week...doesn't' seem correct because I lost no weight!
