Hi,
I've been reading these forums for a while now and have never contributed, but now I'd like some MFP freinds
I started lifting weights in January, and stronglift 5x5 about 5 weeks ago, and I'm loving it!!
I'd just like some friends on here to see how much people eat, and just for motivation in general .

Hi and Welcome! Feel free to add me too. I've been doing SL since the first week of February and seeing great results. Also my diary is open to friends and I try to have variety of foods except for breakfast and snacks during the week (mainly because I have 4 out of 5 meals at work).0

Have you tried LiftBig on android? I havent used it because I have an iPhone but I have heard that a lot of people do and that it has a stronglifts preset.0 -
